The affairs of Hilal Mahal are run by an elected committee and its sub-committees, each accountable for a part of community life — on a three-year tenure.
Convener: T. K. Abdul Salam — payer and beneficiary records, eligibility, approval and confidential distribution.
Convener: Fathima Suhra (Women’s Wing) — assistance applications, verification and monthly review.
Convener: Master Noushad K. — Madrasa administration, student progress and educational programs.
Convener: Rashid Rahman — youth development, mentoring, career guidance and training.
Convener: Dr. Yusuf Ali — family, pre-marital and youth counselling, held in strict confidence.
Convener: K. M. Ashraf — donations, contributions, project funds, receipts and reporting.
Convener: Ahmed Kutty Haji — prayer arrangements, programs, upkeep and Ramadan.
Convener: Shameer P. — announcements, notifications and community messaging.
